I haven't played either games, but I'm more experienced with the elder scrolls games. I also have only a 360, and have heard of some glithes and bugs that could happen when running the game on the system.

For Love Or Money (2013 Tv Series)

All help appreciated! Edit: Thank you all so much for commenting and giving me your opinions! I've decided to go with Morrowind. Mainly because I love fantasy/medieval games. I certainly plan on getting KOTOR asap. You guys make it sound so awesome. Thanks again!

If you are a Star Wars fan, I'd recommend KOTOR. But it is worth keeping in mind a few things: 1) KOTOR is a party-RPG, with real time combat that you pause to issue orders to your squad. Morrowind is a solo RPG with only real time combat, that uses hidden dice rolls behind the scenes to determine hits 2) Morrowind is a massive open world game, with lots of distractions, side quests, and navigation is a big part of the game. KOTOR is much more linear, not very much exploration at all, there is some though.

3) In my opinion, KOTOR has aged better graphically and gameplay wise 4) Morrowind, strictly speaking, has more content and will likely last you longer Morrowind is still a solid title, and if you aren't a Star Wars fan at all I'd spring for that, but seeing as you are considering KOTOR I'll assume you are and recommend that. They're totally different games. They're both in the 'RPG' genre, but are on opposite ends of the spectrum.

KOTOR is a very narrative driven experience. It has a great, deep, focused storyline. It's all about the plot and a handful of sidequests, and each of the good sidequests tells its own little story. You have your character, whose life evolves in a story tree, where your choices influences the chain of events that happen in a relatively linear way. You build a party, and your dialogue with your party members reveals each of their own storylines. It's the prototype for later Bioware franchises like the Mass Effect or Dragon Age. Morrowind is an open ended, open world, exploration driven RPG.

It's very similar to Oblivion or Skyrim. Your character isn't imbued with much of a backstory, there's not a whole lot of plot. You wander around, explore, talk to people, are given a wide variety of mostly unrelated sidequests. There's a main quest, but a lot of people don't care about the main quest.

You don't have to do the main quest in Morrowind to enjoy the game. A lot of people don't complete it, and that's fine. It's a sandbox you play in, there isn't a specific way to have fun. But in KOTOR, the main quest is the game. If you aren't progressing along the main quest. Well there isn't much else happening. Both games are fantastic, but in completely different ways.

Morrowind was the last great Elder Scrolls game, and definitely a must-play for anyone into rpg's. KOTOR was pretty good, but I wouldn't call it great, but that's just my opinion, as it has a huge fanbase, but imo it hasn't aged very well either. That being said, on a console, Morrowind will make you want to pull your hair out as you'll be hitting 30 second loading screens every few minutes. The dungeons and internal maps are really small compared to other Elder Scrolls games, and every single enter-able house/dungeon/etc is an internal map requiring a loading screen. I loved it to death on my PC with mods and faster hardware, but played it on a 360 out of curiosity (borrowed from a friend) and just got frustrated over the loading times within an hour. KOTOR would probably be the better full-game experience of the two on the console, despite (imo) Morrowind being the better game. Also, without certain mods (unofficial patches, etc), Morrowind will be buggier than you'd like.

Bugs are just a fact of life with Bethesda games that even mods can't stamp out completely (and hell, they make it worse half the time). Just a fair warning about Morrowind, even though I enjoyed Oblivion and Skyrim, Morrowind was too much of a different beast. Combat and travelling is much more frustrating. At lower levels, almost all of your hits will 'miss' and do 0 damage, and quest markers & fast travel are replaced with mapquest style instructions a la'exit to the east, follow the road until a fork and go left, keep going until you reach a river and then go west' and fast travel points at the mages guilds that cost money. If it weren't for the combat and directions to quests, I would've loved the game, but it's just too frustrating for me.

If you go with it, I hope you have fun with it:).

Well, after a HDD died, I lost the majority of my old adult Morrowind mods. I have managed to fidn the majority of them again, luckily, but one of the most important ones is still missing - For Love or Money.

Money

It is a brothel mod that is pretty much it's own faction; a cross between an assassins guild and a whorehouse. It is very impressive, and I want to use it in one of my upcoming playthroughs. The issue is, that this particular mod has fallen off the internet. Modding History doesn't have it.

Nexus of course doesn't. And many of the odl sites are now dead.

To make it harder, for some reason some advert sites have used the search term, so it's muddled when trying to find it on google. I don't suppose any kind 'labber has it tucked away in a modding folder somewhere and could share it?
