(You can also use the mkdir command in any terminal to create a folder) 5- Create a.zip out of the 'Payload' folder, or in other words, compress the Payload folder; You'll get a file named Payload.zip 6- rename Payload.zip to Payload.ipa or whateveryouwant.ipa (the important part here is to change the file extension from.zip to.ipa, and some people on windows won't get in all cases the option to change the file extension) and you'll get your finished ipa! You can sideload or install it now.

You'll get denial of permission, because mterminal will not be running as root. But you can still do it yourself, by changing the uid and gid of mterminal to 0, copying the mterminal executable and pasting it in the.app, open the original executable with any text editor, erase everything in it, instead write a special text (see my tutorial for giving an app you're developing root access), chmod 775 the original executable, chmod 6775 the copied executable, then archive the whole thing as an ipa, and only then it would work. But at the end you're not wrong with what you said.
